I can't even say how much I love hoop skirts.
Me sad because I can't fit into the awesome hoop skirted costumeSo I was very excited when I saw Charles Anastase's spring 2010 collection, with several hoop skirts. The entire collection was also pretty cool, kind of what I would imagine one of the little urchin children from Charles Dickens would wear today.
